Gr 10-12 Student Volunteers Needed for “Christmas in the City”- 12/16

Students in grades 10-12 are needed to assist at the annual “Christmas in the City” event organized by our school’s longtime community partner The FruitBelt Neighborhood Coalition.

This event provides a holiday celebration and gifts for young children in the Fruitbelt Neighborhood adjacent to our school. Student volunteers will help to provide refreshments to the children, run activities and distribute gifts.

The event will be held on Saturday, December 16th from 11:00am-3:30pm at the Moot Center at 292 High Street.

Student volunteers may sign up for this event outside the IB office at CHS and are asked to wear some sort of CHS gear to the event.

Students in the IB Diploma Program may use this experience toward their CAS Hour requirements.

See Mrs. Bertucci or Dr. Kresse for any questions.
